At Serenity Psychotherapy and Support Services, we recognize that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policy to help us provide timely care to all our clients.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your time slot to another client in need of support.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) are subject to a cancellation fee.
No-show appointments (missed sessions without prior notice) will be billed at the full session rate.
We understand that delays happen. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, please note that the full session fee still applies, regardless of the shortened duration.
We understand that emergencies can arise unexpectedly. If you are unable to attend a session due to an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
